Shopping with Paw & Habit

These terms apply when you use pawhabit.co or place an order with Paw & Habit. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy explain how we handle personal information, delivery and returns.

Products, prices & orders

Review the product details, measurements, selected variant, quantity and final price before ordering. Prices and availability can change before an order is placed. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout. We may contact you to correct a clear listing error or cancel an order we cannot fulfill; payments for canceled items will be refunded.

Choosing & using products

Colors can vary slightly between screens and lighting. Product photos may show styling props that are not included. Use the size guide and the specific option description to choose the correct item. Follow the delivered care and use instructions, check fit and condition, and supervise pets as appropriate. Pet accessories are not a substitute for veterinary care.

Personalized items

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, spelling, photographs and other personalization details you submit. Upload a sharp, well-lit image that you own or have permission to use. The finished embroidered portrait is an artistic interpretation and can differ from the original photograph. We may contact you if a photograph is unsuitable. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order; changes may not be possible after production begins.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, place fraudulent orders or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. Our brand, website content and original artwork may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Your rights & help

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you have an issue with your order or a question about these terms, contact hi@pawhabit.co. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
