His little face, on my everyday hat

I have a ridiculous number of photos of our dog. Turning one into something I can wear felt like a much better use of them than another phone wallpaper.

I have a ridiculous number of photos of our dog. Turning one into something I can wear felt like a much better use of them than another phone wallpaper.
I chose our dog's name and a favorite photo for my partner. It felt personal without needing a long note to explain why I'd picked it.
I almost uploaded a blurry picture from the couch. I'm glad I took a new one in the window light so his face was clear.
That person is me. Now the dog can join the conversation before I even bring him up.
I wear caps all the time, so I liked having one that meant something. His name is the detail that makes it feel like mine.
I'd had the same picture saved in my favorites for ages. It was nice to finally do something with it.
It's an everyday thing, but seeing that little face makes me smile when I grab it on the way out.
I spent longer choosing the photo than the color. A clear front-facing shot made the most sense, even though the silly sleeping photos were tempting.
If you know someone whose camera roll is mostly their pet, you'll understand exactly why I chose this.
